Anamaya

Anamaya

Om
Annamaya Pranamaya Manomaya Vigyanamaya Anandamaya Matma Me

Shudhyantam jyotiraham Virajaa vi Paapmaa Bhooyaa Saggus Svaahaa”

May the Anna (food) maya, Praana (life) maya, Mano (mind) maya, Vijnaana (intellect) maya and Aananda (bliss) maya sheaths related
to me be purified. May I (Aatman) of the nature of self-luminous knowledge be divested

of Rajoeguna and Tamoeguna and get freed
of committed sins—Swaha, so chanting I offer oblation. [Aaandamaya here refers to Brahman]
